Parks & Golf Course Maintenance

The Parks Department maintains, improves, protects, and develops the City’s parks, Municipal Cemetery, Municipal Golf Course and building facilities for the benefit and enjoyment of the community. We believe that attractive public open spaces and well-maintained parks help to make Needles a better place to live, and encourages civic pride. Our staff continually strives to provide the community the highest quality and level of service possible.
The City has approximately 40 acres of grass and parkland (exclusive of the Municipal Golf Course). Following is a list of some of the parks, their acreage, and their respective purposes:
