The City of Needles is motivated to seek licensed and qualified contractors, service providers, suppliers, and vendors to perform work for the City. Whether the project involves engineering design, road construction, underground utility work, graphic design, accounting, or any other service, a Notice Inviting Bids or Request for Proposals (RFP) would be posted in Planet Bids to solicit qualified firms to perform the work.
