The Board of Public Utilities consists of seven members from the community and is a recommending body to the City Council. Recommendations are presented to the City Council with respect to the Utility Operations including, but not limited to, the annual budget; purchases of equipment, materials and supplies for utility system improvements; and establishment of rates for water, wastewater and electric.
